Our submission deadline has come and gone and we have begun the review process. We are thrilled with the response: submissions from 18 U.S. states and 5 countries means we have a lot of work ahead of us. Thanks to all of the composers for their audacity in filling the silence. Submissions include pieces highlighting Egyptian mythology, classic poetry, a child’s bath time, and a fiddling contest, among many more thought-provoking settings highlighting our shared human experience. It is so exciting to unearth the pieces that will allow our September concert to be the best yet. Check back frequently as the winning selections will be posted soon!
